Vipr Russian Twist Instructions

  1. Start by sitting on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
  2. Hold the vipr with both hands in front of your chest, keeping your elbows bent.
  3. Engage your core muscles and lean back slightly, maintaining a straight back throughout the exercise.
  4. Slowly rotate your torso to the right, bringing the vipr towards the ground on your right side.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat the rotation to the left side, alternating sides with each repetition.
