Dumbbells Wrist Rotation Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing down.
  2. Extend your arms in front of you at shoulder height, keeping them straight and parallel to the floor.
  3. Slowly rotate your wrists inward, bringing your palms to face up. Keep your arms stationary throughout the movement.
  4. Pause for a brief moment at the top of the rotation, feeling the contraction in your forearms.
  5. Slowly rotate your wrists outward, bringing your palms back to the starting position.
  6. Continue this rotation movement for the desired number of repetitions.
  7. Once you have completed the desired number of repetitions, lower your arms back to your sides and release the dumbbells.

  1. Start with a light pair of dumbbells, around 2-5 pounds, to ensure proper form and prevent strain on your wrists and forearms.
  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, maintaining a strong and stable stance throughout the exercise.
  3. Hold the dumbbells in each hand, palms facing down, and let your arms hang naturally by your sides.
  4. Engage your core muscles and keep your shoulders relaxed as you slowly rotate your wrists in a controlled motion, bringing the dumbbells up towards your body.
  5. Focus on squeezing your forearms at the top of the movement, feeling the burn in your muscles, and then slowly lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
