Vipr Squat To Overhead Press Instructions

  2. Bend your knees and lower into a squat position, keeping your chest up and your back straight.
  3. As you stand back up, press the vipr overhead by extending your arms fully, keeping your core engaged.
  4. Lower the vipr back down to the starting position by bending your elbows and bringing it back to your thighs.
  5. Repeat the squat to overhead press movement for the desired number of repetitions.

  1. Start with a lighter Vipr to get comfortable with the movement and focus on proper form.
