  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, facing the kinesis machine.
  2. Hold the handle of the kinesis machine with both hands, palms facing down.
  3. Engage your core and keep your back straight as you pull the handle diagonally across your body, from low to high.
  4. As you pull, rotate your torso and pivot on your back foot, allowing your hips to follow the movement.
  5. Continue the movement until your hands are above your opposite shoulder, feeling the contraction in your obliques and upper back.
  6. Slowly reverse the movement, lowering the handle back to the starting position.

  1. Start with a light warm-up to activate your core muscles.
  2. Stand perpendicular to the kinesis machine, feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Hold the handle with both hands, arms fully extended downwards.

  6. Exhale as you pull the handle up and inhale as you return to the starting position.
