Vipr Shoulder Shake Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the vipr in both hands in front of your body.
  2. Engage your core and keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
  3. Begin the shoulder shake by lifting the vipr above your head, fully extending your arms.
  4. Lower the vipr back down to shoulder level, keeping your elbows slightly bent.
  5. Repeat the shoulder shake movement for the desired number of repetitions.
  6. After completing the desired number of repetitions, lower the vipr back down to the starting position.

Vipr Shoulder Shake Tips

  1. Start with a light-weight vipr to focus on form and gradually increase the intensity.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the vipr vertically at chest level.
  3. Engage your core and obliques by twisting your torso to one side while keeping your hips stable.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the opposite side.
  5. Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid using your arms to generate momentum.
  6. Perform 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps on each side, gradually increasing the weight as you progress.
