  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the vipr in front of your chest with both hands.
  2. Step to the right with your right foot, keeping your left foot planted.
  3. Bend your right knee and lower your body into a lunge position, keeping your back straight.
  4. Push off with your right foot and return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the same movement on the left side, stepping to the left with your left foot and bending your left knee into a lunge.
  6. Continue alternating side to side, performing the step lunge exercise with control and maintaining proper form.

  1. Start with a light-weighted vipr to ensure proper form and prevent injury.
  2. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding the vipr with both hands in front of your chest.
