Vipr Reverse Lunge To Single Leg Balance Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding the vipr in front of your chest with both hands.
  2. Take a step back with your right foot, bending both knees to lower your body into a lunge position.
  3. As you lower into the lunge, simultaneously press the vipr forward, away from your chest, keeping your core engaged.
  4. Push through your left heel to return to the starting position, lifting your right knee up in front of you to balance on your left leg.
  5. Hold the single leg balance for a moment, then step your right foot back into a lunge position to repeat the exercise on the other side.

  1. Start with a light-weight vipr to ensure proper form and prevent injury.
  2. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding the vipr in front of your chest.
