Rotary Torso Machine Instructions

  1. Adjust the seat height and backrest of the rotary torso machine to fit your body.
  2. Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest and grip the handles with both hands.
  3. Keep your feet flat on the floor and your knees slightly bent.
  4. Rotate your torso to the right as far as comfortable, exhaling as you do so.
  5. Pause briefly at the end of the range of motion, feeling the contraction in your oblique muscles.
  6. Slowly rotate your torso back to the starting position, inhaling as you do so.

Rotary Torso Machine Tips

  1. Adjust the seat height to align your shoulders with the machine’s handles for proper form.
  2. Place your feet flat on the footrest and grip the handles with an overhand grip.
  3. Engage your obliques by exhaling and twisting your torso to one side, keeping your back straight.
  4. Hold the contraction for a second, then inhale as you return to the starting position.
  5. Perform the exercise in a slow and controlled manner, focusing on the muscle engagement.
  6. Start with a weight that allows you to complete 10-12 reps with proper form, gradually increasing the resistance as you progress.
