Bosu Kneeling Balance Side Instructions

  1. Place the bosu on the floor with the flat side up.
  2. Kneel down on the floor in front of the bosu, facing sideways.
  3. Place one hand on the bosu for support and balance.
  4. Slowly lift your knees off the floor, balancing on your knees and the hand on the bosu.
  5. Hold this position for a few seconds, engaging your core and maintaining balance.

  1. Start by kneeling on the bosu with your knees hip-width apart.
  2. Engage your core by pulling your belly button in towards your spine.
  3. Place your right hand on your right hip and extend your left arm overhead.
  4. Keep your gaze forward and your neck relaxed.
  5. Slowly lean to the right, engaging your obliques and feeling the stretch.
  6. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  7. Remember to breathe throughout the exercise to maintain stability.
