Aquabag Lunge One Arm Press Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the aquabag in your right hand at shoulder height.
  2. Take a step forward with your left foot, lowering your body into a lunge position.
  3. As you lunge, press the aquabag overhead, fully extending your arm.
  4. Return to the starting position by lowering the aquabag back to shoulder height and stepping your left foot back.
  5. Repeat the lunge and press movement, this time stepping forward with your right foot and using your left hand to hold the aquabag.
  6. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.

Aquabag Lunge One Arm Press Tips

  1. Start with a stable stance, feet shoulder-width apart, and hold the aquabag at chest level.
  2. Step forward into a lunge position, keeping your front knee aligned with your ankle.
  3. As you lower into the lunge, engage your obliques by twisting your torso towards the side of the front leg.
  4. Press the aquabag overhead, extending your arm fully while keeping your core tight.
  5. Focus on squeezing your chest, quads, hamstrings, and glutes throughout the movement for maximum engagement.
  6. Return to the starting position by reversing the movement, and repeat on the other side.
