Vipr Squat Between Legs Overview

The vipr Squat between legs workout is designed to primarily target the Quads.

Using the vipr, this workout involves performing squats with the vipr held between the legs.

Vipr Squat Between Legs Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the vipr in both hands in front of your thighs.
  2. Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat position, keeping your back straight and your chest lifted.
  3. As you lower into the squat, bring the vipr down between your legs, keeping your arms straight.
  4. Pause for a moment at the bottom of the squat, then push through your heels to stand back up, raising the vipr back to the starting position in front of your thighs.
  5. Repeat the squat and vipr movement for the desired number of repetitions.
  6. Once you have completed all repetitions, lower the vipr to the ground and stand up straight to finish the exercise.

  1. Start with a light-weight vipr to focus on form and technique.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the vipr with both hands in front of your body.
  3. Engage your core and keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
  4. Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat position, keeping your weight on your heels.
  5. As you rise, focus on squeezing your quadriceps to engage them fully.
  6. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions, gradually increasing the weight as your form improves.
