Vipr Lunge Upper Cut Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding the vipr in both hands at chest level.
  2. Take a step forward with your right foot, bending both knees into a lunge position.
  3. As you lunge, simultaneously extend your arms forward, keeping them parallel to the ground.
  4. Push through your front heel and return to the starting position, bringing the vipr back to your chest.
  5. Repeat the lunge and arm extension movement on the opposite side, stepping forward with your left foot.
  6. Continue alternating lunges and arm extensions for the desired number of repetitions.

Vipr Lunge Upper Cut Tips

  1. Start by holding the vipr with both hands in front of your chest, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Take a step forward with your right foot, bending both knees into a lunge position.
  3. As you lunge, engage your quads and glutes by pushing through your front heel to stand back up.
  4. Simultaneously, perform an upper cut motion with the vipr, driving it upward towards the ceiling.
  5. Remember to keep your core tight and maintain a straight posture throughout the exercise.
  6. Repeat the lunge and upper cut on the other side, alternating between right and left legs.
