Side Plank Elbow Feet Kick Instructions

  1. Lie on your right side with your legs extended and feet stacked on top of each other.
  2. Prop yourself up on your right forearm, making sure your elbow is directly under your shoulder.
  3. Engage your core and lift your hips off the ground, forming a straight line from your head to your feet.
  4. Extend your left arm straight up towards the ceiling.
  5. Slowly kick your left leg forward, keeping it straight and in line with your body.
  6. Return your left leg to the starting position.

  1. Start by lying on your side, propping yourself up on your elbow, and aligning your elbow directly under your shoulder.
  2. Engage your obliques by lifting your hips off the ground, creating a straight line from your head to your feet.
  3. Keep your core tight and your glutes engaged throughout the exercise to maximize the benefits.
  4. Extend your top leg straight and kick it forward, engaging your glutes and challenging your balance.
  5. Control the movement and avoid swinging your leg, focusing on using your obliques and glutes to initiate the kick.
  6. Perform the exercise on both sides, aiming for 10-12 reps per side to effectively target your obliques and glutes.
