Scale Pose Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended in front of you.
  2. Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat position, keeping your weight on your heels.
  3. Place your hands on the ground in front of you, shoulder-width apart.
  4. Shift your weight onto your hands and lift your feet off the ground, balancing on your hands.
  5. Extend your legs out in front of you, keeping them parallel to the ground.
  6. Hold this position for a few seconds, engaging your core and focusing on your balance.

Scale Pose Tips

  1. Start by standing with feet hip-width apart, arms extended in front of you.
  2. Engage your abs and slowly lift one leg, keeping it straight and parallel to the floor.
  3. As you lift your leg, lean your torso forward, maintaining a straight line from head to toe.
  4. Focus on squeezing your abs and keeping your core tight throughout the exercise.
  5. Hold the position for a few seconds, then lower your leg back down with control.
  6. Repeat the exercise on the other leg, aiming for equal time and effort on each side.
