  3. Step forward with your left foot, shifting your weight onto your left leg.
  4. Extend your right arm forward, throwing the medicine ball straight ahead with force.
  5. Release the ball at the end of the extension.
  6. Retrieve the ball and repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
