Medicine Ball Chest Throw Instructions

  3. Step forward with one foot, keeping your back straight and your chest lifted.
  4. Extend your arms forward, pushing the medicine ball away from your chest with a powerful throw.
  5. Release the medicine ball, allowing it to travel forward and away from your body.

  1. Start with a light-weight medicine ball to build strength gradually.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the ball at chest level.
  3. Engage your chest muscles by squeezing them as you explosively throw the ball forward.
  4. Remember to keep your core tight and maintain good posture throughout the exercise.
  5. As the ball returns, catch it with both hands and immediately repeat the movement.
  6. Perform 3 sets of 10-12 reps, gradually increasing the weight as you get stronger.
