Medicine Ball Bicep Curl Instructions

  2. Keeping your elbows close to your sides, slowly lift the medicine ball towards your chest, bending your elbows.
  3. Continue to curl the medicine ball up until your forearms are vertical and the ball is at chest level.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your biceps.
  5. Slowly lower the medicine ball back to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
  6. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
