  2. Keep your back straight and engage your core muscles.
  3. With your elbows slightly bent, lift the magnetic bell straight up towards your chin, leading with your elbows.
  4. Keep the magnetic bell close to your body as you lift, focusing on your shoulder muscles.
  5. Pause for a moment at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the magnetic bell back down to the starting position.
  6. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
