Lying Toe Tap Instructions

  1. Lie flat on your back on a comfortable exercise mat.
  2. Extend your legs straight up in the air, perpendicular to the floor.
  3. With your arms by your sides, engage your core muscles.
  4. Lower one leg slowly towards the ground, keeping it straight.
  5. Tap your toes lightly on the floor, then raise your leg back up to the starting position.

Lying Toe Tap Tips

  1. Start by lying flat on your back with your legs extended and arms by your sides.
  2. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground, hip-width apart.
  3. Engage your abs by drawing your belly button in towards your spine.
  4. Slowly lift your toes off the ground, tapping them back down one at a time.
  5. Focus on keeping your abs engaged throughout the exercise to stabilize your core.
  6. Keep your movements controlled and avoid using momentum to tap your toes.
  7. Repeat the exercise for a set number of repetitions, gradually increasing as you get stronger.
