  3. Slowly lower your legs to the right side, keeping them as straight as possible.
  4. Pause briefly when your legs are just above the ground, then raise them back up to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the same movement, this time lowering your legs to the left side.
  6. Continue alternating between lowering your legs to the right and left sides, keeping your legs straight and controlled throughout the exercise.

  2. Engage your core by contracting your abdominal muscles and lifting your legs off the ground, keeping them straight.

  4. Slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position, maintaining control and avoiding any swinging or momentum.
