Leg Raise Exorotation Feet (alternating) Instructions

  1. Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and your arms by your sides.
  2. Engage your core by drawing your belly button in towards your spine.
  3. Keeping your legs straight, lift one leg off the ground, raising it as high as you can while maintaining control.
  4. Slowly lower your leg back down to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement with your other leg, alternating between legs for the desired number of repetitions.

  1. Start by lying flat on your back with your legs extended and your arms by your sides.
  2. Engage your core by pulling your belly button towards your spine and pressing your lower back into the ground.
  3. Bend your knees slightly and lift your feet off the ground, keeping your legs together.
  4. Slowly rotate your legs to the right side, keeping them straight and close to the ground.
  5. Pause for a moment, then rotate your legs to the left side, maintaining control throughout the movement.
  6. Focus on using your abdominal muscles to initiate and control the rotation of your legs.
  7. As you become more comfortable, aim to increase the range of motion and the speed of the movement while maintaining proper form.
