  3. Exhale as you lift the kettlebell by pulling it straight up towards your chest, keeping it close to your body.
  4. Pause for a moment at the top of the movement, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  5. Inhale as you lower the kettlebell back down to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
