Dumbbells Shoulder Exorotation Side Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing your body.
  2. Keep your arms straight and close to your sides, exhale, and slowly lift the dumbbells out to the sides until they are parallel to the floor.
  3. Pause for a moment, then inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
  5. Switch to the other side and perform the same exercise with the opposite arm.

  1. Start with a light dumbbell weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the exercise.
  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the dumbbell in one hand, palm facing your body.

  4. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together as you lift, feeling the tension in your shoulders.
