Dumbbells Arnold Press Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level, palms facing your body.
  2. Engage your core and keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
  3. Exhale and press the dumbbells up overhead, rotating your palms to face forward as you extend your arms.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, feeling the contraction in your shoulder muscles.
  5. Inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position, rotating your palms to face your body.
  6. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
