Clubbel Lateral Swing Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a clubbel in your right hand.
  2. Keep your back straight and engage your core muscles.
  3. Start the movement by swinging the clubbel laterally across your body towards your left side.
  4. As you swing, keep your arm straight and use the momentum to generate power.
  5. Allow the clubbel to swing back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  6. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to your left hand and repeat the exercise on the opposite side.

  1. Start with a clubbel that challenges your strength but allows for proper form.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged.
  3. Hold the clubbel with both hands, palms facing down, and arms extended in front of you.
  4. Engage your obliques by rotating your torso to one side, keeping your arms straight.
  5. Swing the clubbel laterally across your body, maintaining control and engaging your shoulders.
  6. Repeat the movement on the other side, focusing on proper form and engaging the targeted muscles.
