Bosu Step Over Instructions

  1. Place the bosu on the floor with the flat side up.
  2. Stand facing the bosu, with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Step your right foot onto the center of the bosu.
  4. Step your left foot over the bosu, placing it on the floor on the other side.
  5. Step your right foot back to the starting position, off the bosu.
  6. Repeat the steps, alternating the starting foot each time.

Bosu Step Over Tips

  1. Start by placing the bosu flat side up and stand beside it.
  2. Step onto the center of the bosu with one foot, keeping your weight evenly distributed.
  3. Engage your core and maintain a tall posture throughout the exercise.
  4. Step over the bosu with your other foot, focusing on using your quads to lift your leg.
  5. Land softly on the other side of the bosu, maintaining control and balance.
  6. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of reps, alternating legs.
