Bend Legs Hold Lying Instructions

  1. Lie down on your back with your legs straight and your arms by your sides.
  2. Bend your knees and bring your feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
  3. Keep your feet and knees aligned with your hips.
  4. Engage your core muscles and press your lower back into the floor.
  5. Slowly lift your hips off the floor, pushing through your heels, until your knees are directly above your ankles.

  1. Start by lying flat on your back with your legs bent and feet flat on the ground.
  2. Place your hands by your sides, palms facing down, to support your body.
  3. Engage your abs by pulling your belly button towards your spine.
  4. Keep your lower back pressed into the ground throughout the exercise.
  5. Squeeze your glutes as you lift your hips off the ground, creating a straight line from your knees to your shoulders.
  6. Hold the position for a few seconds, focusing on contracting your abs.
  7. Lower your hips back down to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of reps.
