Balance Crunch Knee To Elbow Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms by your sides.
  2. Lift your right knee up towards your chest, keeping your abs engaged.
  3. Simultaneously, bring your left elbow down towards your right knee, twisting your torso.
  4. Return to the starting position, lowering your right foot and left arm.
  5. Repeat the movement on the opposite side, lifting your left knee and bringing your right elbow down.
  6. Continue alternating sides, performing the knee to elbow movement in a controlled manner.

  1. Start in a plank position, with your hands directly under your shoulders and your legs extended behind you.
  2. Engage your core by pulling your belly button in towards your spine.
  3. Bring your right knee towards your left elbow, keeping your core tight and your hips stable.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side, bringing your left knee towards your right elbow.
  5. Focus on maintaining a slow and controlled movement, avoiding any jerking or swinging motions.
  6. To increase the challenge, try to touch your knee to your elbow without letting your foot touch the ground.
