  1. Stand facing the aerobic step with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Step your right foot onto the step, bending your knee to lower into a lunge position.
  3. Rotate your torso to the right, keeping your core engaged and your back straight.
  4. Push through your right foot to step back down, returning to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the lunge rotation exercise on the left side, stepping your left foot onto the step and rotating your torso to the left.
  6. Continue alternating sides, stepping and rotating, for the desired number of repetitions.

  1. Start by standing facing the aerobic step, with your feet hip-width apart and your hands on your hips.
  2. Step your right foot onto the aerobic step, keeping your knee aligned with your ankle.
  3. As you step up, rotate your torso to the right, engaging your obliques.
  4. Lower your left foot off the aerobic step into a lunge position, keeping your knee bent at a 90-degree angle.
  5. Push through your right heel to return to the starting position, engaging your quads.
  6. Repeat the exercise on the other side, stepping your left foot onto the aerobic step and rotating your torso to the left.
