Ab Wheel Rollout Instructions

  1. Start in a kneeling position on a mat or soft surface.
  2. Place your hands on the handles of the ab wheel, shoulder-width apart.
  3. Engage your core by tightening your abs and glutes.
  4. Slowly roll the ab wheel forward while keeping your back straight.
  5. Continue rolling until your body is fully extended and your arms are overhead.
  6. Reverse the movement by pulling the ab wheel back towards your knees.

Ab Wheel Rollout Tips

  1. Start in a kneeling position with the ab wheel directly under your shoulders.
  2. Engage your core by squeezing your abs and glutes before rolling out.
  3. Keep your arms straight and your back flat as you roll the wheel forward.
  4. Avoid overarching your lower back or letting your hips sag during the movement.
  5. Roll out as far as you can while maintaining control, then slowly roll back to the starting position.
  6. Perform the exercise in a slow and controlled manner, focusing on the contraction of your abs throughout the entire movement.
