Superman Instructions

  1. Lie face down on the floor with your arms extended straight out in front of you.
  2. Simultaneously lift your arms, chest, and legs off the ground as high as you can.
  3. Hold this position for a brief moment, squeezing your glutes and lower back.
  4. Lower your arms, chest, and legs back down to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

Superman Tips

  1. Keep your feet hip-width apart and firmly planted on the ground.
  2. Engage your core muscles by pulling your belly button towards your spine.
  3. Start the movement by hinging at your hips and bending forward.
  4. Keep your back straight and avoid rounding your shoulders.
  5. As you lower your upper body, extend your arms forward like Superman flying.
  6. Focus on squeezing your lower back muscles to lift your chest and arms higher.
  7. Remember to breathe steadily throughout the exercise to maintain proper form.
