  2. Hold a dumbbell in both hands, with your palms facing upwards and your arms extended in front of you.
  3. Engage your core and slowly rotate your torso to one side, keeping your hips and lower body stable.
  4. As you rotate, lower the dumbbell towards the opposite shoulder, bending your elbows and keeping them close to your body.
  5. Return to the starting position by rotating your torso back to the center and extending your arms in front of you.

  1. Start by sitting on the exercise ball with your feet firmly planted on the ground.
  2. Hold a dumbbell with both hands and extend your arms straight up above your head.
  3. Engage your core and obliques by maintaining a straight posture throughout the exercise.
  4. Slowly twist your torso to one side, bringing the dumbbell down towards your shoulder.
  5. Keep your elbows close to your body and your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
  6. Pause for a second at the bottom of the movement, feeling the stretch in your triceps.
  7. Return to the starting position by twisting your torso back to the center and extending your arms up.
