Medicine Ball Push-up Instructions

  3. Keep your elbows close to your body as you lower yourself until your chest touches the medicine ball.
  4. Push through your palms and extend your arms to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.

  2. Engage your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to toe throughout the exercise.

  4. Push through your palms and exhale as you extend your arms, returning to the starting position.
  5. Focus on squeezing your chest muscles at the top of the movement for maximum engagement.
  6. Keep your neck relaxed and avoid straining your lower back by maintaining proper form.
  7. As you progress, try placing one hand on the medicine ball and the other on the floor for an added challenge.
