Flowin Plank Jacks Instructions

  1. Assume a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Engage your core and keep your hips level as you jump both feet out wide to the sides, like a jumping jack.
  3. Land softly on the flowin surface, absorbing the impact with your muscles.
  4. Quickly jump your feet back together, returning to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement, jumping your feet out wide and then back together, maintaining a steady rhythm.
  6. Continue performing plank jacks for the desired number of repetitions or time.

Flowin Plank Jacks Tips

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to toe.
  2. Engage your core by pulling your belly button towards your spine and squeeze your glutes.
  3. Jump your feet out wide, like a jumping jack, while keeping your upper body stable.
  4. As you jump your feet out, focus on engaging your obliques by twisting your hips slightly to one side.
  5. Jump your feet back together, returning to the starting position, and then jump them out wide again, this time twisting your hips to the opposite side.
  6. Continue alternating sides and maintaining a steady rhythm for the desired number of repetitions.
