Bosu Hand Walk Instructions

  1. Place the bosu ball on the ground with the dome side up.
  2. Stand in front of the bosu, facing away from it.
  3. Bend down and place your hands on the dome of the bosu, shoulder-width apart.
  4. Walk your hands forward, keeping your core engaged and your body in a straight line.
  5. Continue walking your hands forward until your body is fully extended and your feet are off the ground.
  6. Reverse the movement by walking your hands back towards the bosu until your feet touch the ground again.

  1. Start in a plank position with your hands on the bosu and engage your core.
  2. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels throughout the exercise.
