  1. Stand facing the pulley machine with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Grab the handles of the pulley machine with an overhand grip, palms facing down.
  3. Kneel down on your right knee, keeping your left foot flat on the ground.
  4. Engage your core and keep your back straight as you raise your arms up and out to the sides, bringing them to shoulder height.
  5. Lower your arms back down to the starting position, maintaining control and tension in the pulley.
  6. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
  7. Switch sides by kneeling down on your left knee and repeat the exercise.
