The Bicycle leaning workout is a bodyweight exercise that primarily targets the abdominal muscles.

Bicycle Leaning Instructions

  1. Start by lying flat on your back on a mat or a comfortable surface.
  2. Bend your knees and lift your feet off the ground, keeping your shins parallel to the floor.
  3. Place your hands behind your head, elbows pointing out to the sides.
  4. Engage your core muscles and lift your upper body off the ground, bringing your right elbow towards your left knee.
  5. At the same time, straighten your right leg and bring your left knee towards your chest.
  6. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement, alternating sides.

Bicycle Leaning Tips

  1. Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward.
  2. Place your hands behind your head, elbows out to the sides.
  3. Engage your core by pulling your belly button in towards your spine.
  4. Slowly lean your upper body to the right, keeping your abs tight.
  5. Hold the position for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat the exercise on the left side, focusing on maintaining proper form.
