Bosu Bicycle Instructions

  1. Place the bosu flat side up on the ground.
  2. Sit on the bosu, positioning your hips towards the center.
  3. Place your hands behind your head, elbows out to the sides.
  4. Extend your right leg out straight and lift your left knee towards your chest.
  5. Rotate your torso, bringing your right elbow towards your left knee.
  6. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

Bosu Bicycle Tips

  1. Start by placing the bosu ball flat side up and sit on it, finding your balance.
  2. Engage your core muscles by pulling your belly button towards your spine.
  3. Place your hands behind your head, elbows wide, and lift your feet off the ground.
  4. Begin pedaling your legs in a bicycle motion, keeping your abs tight throughout.
  5. As you pedal, twist your torso and bring your elbow towards the opposite knee.
  6. Continue alternating sides, focusing on the contraction in your abs and obliques.
