Kinesis Bent-over Row Rotation Instructions

  1. Stand facing the kinesis machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, palms facing down.
  3. Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and core engaged.
  4. Pull the handles towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  5. Rotate your torso to the right, extending your right arm out to the side.
  6. Return to the starting position, then repeat the movement, rotating to the left this time.

Kinesis Bent-over Row Rotation Tips

  1. Start with a light weight and gradually increase as you become more comfortable and confident with the exercise.
  2. Stand facing the kinesis machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  3. Hold the handles with an overhand grip, arms extended in front of you, and maintain a slight bend in your elbows.
  4. Engage your upper back muscles by pulling the handles towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body.
  5. As you reach the top of the movement, rotate your torso to one side, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  6. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement, alternating the side rotation with each repetition.
