Bend Legs Raise Lying Instructions

  1. Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and your arms by your sides.
  2. Bend your knees and bring your feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
  3. Engage your core by drawing your belly button in towards your spine.
  4. Press your heels into the floor and lift your hips off the ground, forming a straight line from your knees to your shoulders.
  5. Hold this position for a moment, squeezing your glutes and engaging your hamstrings.
  6. Lower your hips back down to the starting position, keeping your core engaged and your back flat on the ground.

  1. Start by lying flat on your back with your legs extended and your arms by your sides.
  2. Bend your knees and lift your feet off the ground, bringing your thighs towards your chest.
  3. Engage your abdominal muscles by pulling your belly button towards your spine.
  4. Keep your lower back pressed into the floor throughout the exercise to maintain proper form.
  5. Slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position, maintaining control and tension in your abs.
  6. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on engaging your abs and keeping your movements controlled.
