Clubbel Around The World Curl Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a clubbel in your right hand, palm facing up.
  2. Start by curling the clubbel up towards your shoulder, keeping your elbow close to your body.
  3. Once the clubbel reaches your shoulder, rotate your wrist so that your palm faces down.
  4. Extend your arm out to the side, parallel to the ground, while keeping your elbow bent.
  5. Continue the motion by bringing the clubbel down in front of your body, rotating your wrist back to the starting position.
  6. Lower the clubbel back to the starting position, with your arm fully extended and palm facing up.
