  2. Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and your left hand resting on your left thigh for support.
  3. Extend your right arm towards the ground, allowing the xco to hang below your shoulder.
  4. Keeping your elbow close to your body, pull the xco up towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blade.
  5. Lower the xco back down to the starting position and repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
