  3. Hold onto the handles for stability and engage your core.
  4. Push through your heels to extend your legs and straighten your knees, while keeping your back straight.
  5. Pause for a moment at the top of the movement, then slowly bend your knees to return to the starting position.

  1. Position your feet shoulder-width apart on the footplate to activate your quads effectively.
