  2. Reach up and grab the pull-up bar with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  3. Engage your core and pull yourself up towards the bar, bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Once your chin is above the bar, rotate your body to the right, bringing your left knee up towards your chest.
  5. Reverse the rotation, bringing your right knee up towards your chest.
  6. Lower yourself back down to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
