Push-up Jumping Overview

The push-up jumping workout is a bodyweight exercise that primarily targets the chest muscles.

By using the bodyweight as resistance, this workout effectively engages the chest muscles for maximum strength and definition.

While other muscles such as the triceps and shoulders are also engaged, the focus remains on the chest for optimal results.
