Pulley Triceps Extension Instructions

  1. Stand facing the pulley machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grasp the handle with an overhand grip, palms facing down.
  3. Extend your arms straight out in front of you, keeping your elbows close to your body.
  4. Slowly lower the handle down towards your thighs, bending only at the elbows.
  5. Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, feeling the stretch in your triceps.
  6. Return to the starting position by straightening your arms, squeezing your triceps at the top.

Pulley Triceps Extension Tips

  1. Adjust the pulley to chest height and stand facing away from it.
  2. Hold the handle with an overhand grip, shoulder-width apart.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your head and extend your arms fully.
  4. Squeeze your triceps at the bottom of the movement for maximum engagement.
  5. Control the weight on the way back up to avoid swinging.
  6. Perform 3 sets of 10-12 reps, focusing on proper form and breathing.
