  3. Grab the handles with an overhand grip, palms facing down.
  4. Engage your core and glutes, and push through your chest and arms to lift your body off the ground, extending your arms fully.
  5. Lower your body back down to the starting position, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
  6. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
