  1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place your hands by your sides, palms facing down.
  3. Tuck your chin towards your chest, keeping your neck in a neutral position.
  4. Gently lift your head and shoulders off the ground, using your neck muscles.
  5. Hold this position for a few seconds, feeling the contraction in your neck muscles.
  6. Slowly lower your head and shoulders back to the starting position.

  1. Start by lying flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
