Leapfrog Jump Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms relaxed by your sides.
  2. Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat position, keeping your back straight and chest lifted.
  3. From the squat position, explode upwards, pushing off the ground with both feet.
  4. While in the air, extend your legs and bring your knees towards your chest.
  5. Land softly on the balls of your feet, bending your knees to absorb the impact.
  6. Immediately repeat the jump by exploding upwards again, using the momentum from the previous jump.

  1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward.
  2. Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat position, engaging your quads.
  3. Explode upward, pushing off the ground with your feet, using your calves to generate power.
  4. As you jump, swing your arms forward for momentum and balance.
  5. Land softly, absorbing the impact through your quads and calves, keeping your knees slightly bent.
  6. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of reps, focusing on maintaining proper form throughout.
