Exercise Ball Push-up Knees Instructions

  1. Place an exercise ball on the floor and position yourself in a push-up position with your hands on the ball and your toes on the ground.
  2. Engage your core muscles by tightening your abs and glutes.
  3. Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the ball, keeping your body in a straight line.
  4. As you lower your chest, simultaneously bend your knees and bring them towards your chest, rolling the ball towards your body.
  5. Push through your hands and extend your arms, straightening them to lift your chest away from the ball.
  6. At the same time, extend your legs and push the ball away from your body, returning to the starting position.

  1. Start in a push-up position with your hands on the exercise ball and your knees on the floor.
  2. Engage your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to knees.
